Yes, because they had a devotion to the Lord and walked in the power of the Spirit that few of us do today in this country.

But would they need to re-learn culture in America today? Imagine a bearded man enter your church on Sunday and proceed to start a new Christ – follower movement claiming direct descent of power from God above?
What would you do then? Joe Absher

Troy Day But what if these men you knew well and dressed like any other man.
Bearded men was not s standout mode of dress in the early days of Pentecost.
What if these men came into your church after being taught by a Unique Prophet and they started telling the lame people to get up and walk and disturbed your service plans because of the shouting.and they were in Cleveland, TN and SPRINGFIELD, MO.creating the stir
