Why plant new churches? One out of every two Louisiana residents surveyed indicated no “personal relationship” with Jesus Christ. That means over 2,244,000 people without Christ.
Most new churches start with the sole purpose of reaching people without Christ.
New churches open up new fronts on the spiritual & cultural needs in every community.
“The single most effective evangelistic method under heaven is planting new churches that in turn reproduce themselves” ~ C. Peter Wagner.

Street Preacherz wondering how many in this group have ever started a church?
How many have split a church? With that stubbornness and pride and so called fresh revelation and lack of respect for God’s man the Pastor.
I’m such a trouble maker. My friend posted, “Don’t limit yourself. Trust God.”
I wrote back, “I know I’ve limited myself. That’s the reason we’re still friends after you ran off with the Sunday School teacher. lol.” They’re married now and going well.
I think he blocked me.
I don’t think it takes a Church building to reach the lost, all it takes is a christian with a Bible that has a heart for God to evangelize.

I have had the privilege to know a few of these men. Patient, loving, men of vision. Faithful God. Loyal to each other.
Most pastors are too scared to ask this Terry Wiles
Most don’t want to do the hard work it takes to even get close.
It keeps the infighting down lol
If someone doesn’t use the term ‘personal relationship’ to describe salvation, does that prove he/she is not saved. These are common terms among evangelicals, but it is not exactly Biblical terminology.
Link how is this related to the OP? I personally think the whole relationship deal as 80-90s American phenomenon in the church is highly overrated Joe Absher its almost a given and laughable to millenials I visited a UMC the other day with my job and asked the pastor point blank
How do we preach entire sanctification to MIllenials?
It is related to the second line of the post.
It seems likely that a large number of people who claim to have a personal relationship are unsaved.
Joe Absher Louisiana residents – over 2,244,000 people without Christ? Just that
What about SF – I submit 300,000,000+ Americans dont know Christ today
Sorry got stuck…
